- CT shows liquid vs solid (GIST)

- Young: meningocele, neuroblastoma, ganglioneuroma
- Old: multiple myeloma, mets to spine, schwannoma
- “dumb bell” neurofibroma
- duplication cyst, diverticulum, esophageal dilitation, varices, hiatal hernia
