Geographic IA: (well defined, geographic, sclerotic)

Geographic IB: (no sclerosis)

  • giant cell tumor

Geographic 1C: (ill-define border, single focal lesion)

  • chondrosarcoma
  • enchondroma
  • MFH/ibrosarcoma
  • Giant cell tumor/ABC/CMF

Permeative/Motheaten:

  • Ewing sarcoma
  • round cell tumors
